Payments:
*All payments must be received within 7 days from the end of auction/sale.If you need more time please contact us before you bid or buy to make arrangements.
*If purchases are not paid for within the set time period an unpaid item dispute will be filed.
*When paying by e-check thru paypal,please remember e-checks take upto 3-4 days or more to clear.We will not ship until the e-check has cleared.We will send you a notice that you have a pending e-check,plus we will send you a notice when it clears letting you know when we will ship.
*All repeat customers receive a 10% discount.
*Once an item is bought we will send an invoice within 24 hours.Any discounts you have will be applied to the invoice.
*Sorry,but we do not accept checks for any reason.

Shipping:
*We will ship items within 24 hours after payment has been received and cleared.If the next day is a Sunday or Holiday we will ship on the next soonest business day.
*In most cases we use Ebay's shipping calculator so you can easily figure shipping to your location.A few of our items are listed with flat rate shipping and sometimes shipping is free on certin auctions.We do not jack up our shipping fees.We weigh our items before listing and figure in packing materials.We do add a .50 cent handling fee to cover costs of packing,tape,ect.Please beaware that at any time if shipping is ever overpaid by any of our buyers we go out of our way to make sure we refund the overage back to the buyer.In most cases we undercharge for shipping.Please keep this in mind when you are leaving feedback.I know shipping can seem high sometimes,but the prices the post office charges is something we can not change.I personally don't want to pay more than I have to for shipping and we don't want our customers to have to pay too much.The lower our shipping the more we can sell.You will also notice some auctions offer free shipping when you Buy It Now.We also have a lot of store and auction items that offer free shipping on the 2nd item purchased and greatly discounted shipping on multiple items.Some of our items are even buy so many items get 1 free!If at any time you feel there is a problem with our shipping charges please feel free to contact us so we can resolve the problem.

*We pay special attention to wrapping all our books and our more fragile items to make sure they arrive safely and in great condition.
Refunds Other Stuff:
*All new items can be returned for a refund.Item must be post marked no later then 72 hours(3 days)from the day you received it.Item must be in the same condition as when shipped.We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postoffice.That's what insurance is for.We will not refund shipping fees.
*Refunds will be given as cash or even exchange for another item in our store.The choice is up to the buyer.
*All used items are sold as is and can not be returned unless otherwise stated in the listing,so please read listings carefully and fully. *In the event that you receive an item that you feel is not acceptable please let us know before you leave negative feedback.We try to personally check all our items before they are listed,but we do have help so sometimes things may be missed.We would never intentionally sell someone an unacceptable product.We will do our best to fix the problem to your satisfaction as long as you give us the chance.We strive to make all our customers "Satisfied Customers".If you leave negative feedback before giving us a chance to fix the problem we will not give any refunds or replacements and any warranty will be void.All communication will be ended and you will be blocked from bidding in our auctions.We are fair and understanding as long as we receive the same treatment.
