We encounter Commander Skorr in ' The Sontaran Stratagem' and 'The Poison Sky' where the Sontarans are trying to turn Earth into a new Sontaran production planet. Thanks to the efforts of the Doctor, the plans are stopped and the Sontarans are defeated.
