This item is for Hoover who is a 10" Elephant who remembers everything . His saying is "He remembers everything he sees, Can't he see some peanuts please". He is a member of the Lou Rankin Friends collection and Dakin. Made by Applause Inc in Woodland, CA. He is in near mint condition except for a small tear on the side of the tag and he needs a new home. He has been in a smoke free environment.
